Coral Restoration:
For Coral Restoration, a boat must be chartered to reach the reef. Coral trips – $1,000 for the boat with 50% of the money being donated to the coral program. (tax-deductible).
Coral restoration course:
The certification course is $99. With NAUI coral certification through Reef Renewal USA. They will except coral restoration diver certifications from other foundations but you must take the course at no charge. This is because you must learn their restoration techniques to work in the nurseries. Paid when there.
Other days of diving:
If ADFC has enough divers to charter a half-day private boat the cost is $1100.00 and can accommodate up to 20 divers. If we have 13 -20 divers, we will pick this option and can have the boat to ourselves.
If we have less than 13 divers:
For dives on other days besides restoration
Regular pricing – $95.00 per trip / your group would receive a 15% discount on all individual trips. You would be with other divers. Paid when there.

Parmer’s is holding 6 cottages for ADFC until (6/10/2022) for people to make deposits.
To continue holding your rooms we need your deposit of $472.48 includes tax. That will be the nightly rate for each Suite or cottage. Figuring each to hold 4 people (can hold more) it comes to $118.13 per person a night tax included. If your deposit is not received by (6/10/2022) the room will be returned to inventory. There are 6 rooms held at this time. Choose your accommodation type, call, and reserve.
1= 2 bedroom/1 bath: Waterfront Two Bedroom Cottage. Stand-alone Cottage with two separate bedrooms and one king or one queen bed in each bedroom. Full kitchen, dining area, living room with pull-out couch. Large porches overlooking the water.
2= 2 bedroom/2bath: Your standalone cottage has two bedrooms with a king or queen bed, two baths, a full kitchen, and dining area. Living room with two Bahama beds and outside covered porch with Seating. These cottages are not water view
3= 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds/1 bathroom. This is one large room. This water view suite has one bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room area with two sofa beds, water view patio or porch with seating.
Two weeks before your arrival:
1-Your balance must be paid by MASTERCARD, VISA, American Express or DISCOVER.
2-If applicable, your Consumer Certificate of Tax Exemption for the State of Florida. (Monroe County has a 12.5% tax on accommodations).
3-Room assignments (The names of each person in each room)
4-Your estimated time of arrival.
All of our rooms are no smoking and no pets. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge, and there are no phones in our rooms.
Room preference is taken into consideration, however, when necessary we reserve the right to change any reservation into an equivalent unit.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
If you cancel 2 weeks or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit is non-refundable, but will be held as credit for 1 year from the time of cancellation. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your arrival date your deposit is forfeited. Cancellation requests must be in writing.

ADFC Disclaimer: Paying there for diving is to allow a diver to assess and decide when to dive. Also, if the day for restoration is not favorable, day/days may be switched. Restoration needs calmer ocean conditions than regular diving.
Note:
- Trip does not include airfare or ground transportation (car rental)
- Divers must have dive accident insurance
- Must be a member of ADFC or the guest of a member.
- The waivers will be sent out prior to the trip to save time on the trip.
